The illicit Ruqya is not spoken with the Arabic tongue and is done with that which is outside the Qur’an and Sunnah.
It is one of the deeds of the Shaytan. They are performed in order to get closer to the Shaytan, just as it is practised by the deceivers, sorcerers and wavers.
They look for these methods, among others, in books of sorcery, e.g. “Shams al Ma’arif” and “Shumus al Anwar”, which are attributed to Islam by the enemies of Allah.
